A method for treating pharmaceutical mixed wastewater in chemical industry park is provided, which comprises: the mixed wastewater is fed to a adjusting tank for equalizing concentration change and flow change of itself; the wastewater then to a hydrolysis tank, which has hanging type carrier and upflow distributing system; the wastewater then to an anaerobic tank, which has upflow distributing system; the wastewater then to a moving bed biofilm reactor, which has suspended type carrier and aerating apparatus on the bottom; the wastewater then to a biological aeration filter through spraying on the top, which has ceramic carrier; the wastewater then to a flocculating process, COD of the outflow of which is less than 100 mg/L.
