摘要
Rotor support (10) with a theoretical breaking point (14), especially for the rotor (16) of a turbine, which comprises a rotating bearing (12), which is arranged between a stationary bearing support (26) ) and a rotating bearing support (24); in this case, to constitute the theoretical point of rupture (14) the stationary bearing support (26) is divided into the two parts (26a, 26b), and it comprises two separation surfaces (28a, 28b), which are arranged vertically with respect to the axis of rotation (22) of the rotation bearing (12); in this case, several tensioning bolts (32) are distributed uniformly on the circumference of the bearing support in an axial alignment and with a previously determined tensile strength; This rotor support is characterized in that within several guide surfaces (34a, 34b) -which are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the bearing support (26), and they are located within the two separation surfaces (28a, 28b) opposite each other, in pairs and in the axial direction - there are guide bodies (36), inserted in these surfaces, and the two separation surfaces (28a, 28b), with the guide bodies (36 ) inserted in the guide surfaces (34a, 34b), they are being kept butt between each other - with exemption of clearances - by means of some tensioning screws (32), which are oriented in the axial direction, so that each of the guide surfaces (34a) within a separation surface (28a) is composed of a cylindrical base surface with an axial orientation as well as a conical tip which, like the vertex, is arranged next to the cylindrical surface; and this in such a way that each of the guide surfaces (34a) within the other separation surface (28b) is realized as a tapered tip with axial orientation; or in such a way that each of the guide surfaces (34a) within a separation surface (28 a) is composed of a cylindrical and axially oriented surface as well as a concave hemisphere such as the vertex; in this case, the diameter of the cylindrical base surface and the diameter of the conical hemisphere correspond to the diameter of the guided guide body (36); characterized in that each of the guide surfaces (34a) is made - within the other separation surface (28b) - in the form of a concave and axially oriented partial sphere, whose radius corresponds to the radius of the guide body (36) or is greater than the same; as well as characterized in that the guide bodies (36) are made in the form of balls, whereby the radial housing forces (44), which attack on the bearing support (26), can be converted -through the bodies guide (36), which act in conjunction with the guide surfaces (34a, 34b) - in axial tensile forces (48), which attack on the tensioning screws (32) and they lead to the breakage of the screws tensioners (32) when a maximum tensile force previously exceeded is exceeded.
