A garment particularly suitable for use by a person with restricted upper limb and joint movement is disclosed. A front panel (102) of the garment has a shoulder edge (104, 106, 108, 110), and first (114) and second (112) side edges. First (116) and second (126) closure panels each have shoulder edges attached to the front panel shoulder edge near the first and second side edges respectively. Each closure panel has an unattached portion of the shoulder edge that forms a wrap-around portion. A fabric guide receives the free end of the first closure panel. Preferably the guide is a slit formed by an unattached area in the junction between the attached portion of the second closure panel and the front panel.
