GENETICALLY MODIFIED SEQUENCES OF TRYPANOSOMA CRUZI ANTIGENS TS AND ASP-2, GENETIC CONSTRUCTS CONTAINING TS OR ASP-2, AND GENETICALLY MODIFIED ADENOVIRES ENCODING TS OR ASP-2. The present invention relates to the construction of genetically modified sequences of Trypanosoma cruzi ASP-2 and TS antigens, as well as their genetic constructs for insertion into viral vehicles. Replication-deficient recombinant adenoviruses encoding genetically modified T. cruzi ASP-2 and TS antigens are further described.
