PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable successful release of a low strength molded object of a resin to be molded, e.g. a flat sheet-like resin from a mold without damage.;SOLUTION: This release structure is equipped with an extrusion mechanism which enables vertical displacement of the resin to be molded Po by extruding the resin Po from the side where an elastic body sheet 18 is present.
