PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a light emitting diode so that its fitting attitude is stable when it is arranged in the periphery of the opening of a mother board.;SOLUTION: A frame body 40 is provided with an almost T-like body 36 which comprises bases 31a and 31b whose both ends are placed on the periphery of an opening provided on the mother board and an upright part 32 which rises from the bases 31a and 31b and is inserted in the opening, and an opaque resin molding 37 protruding from the front surface of the body 36. A jetty part 41 protrudes frontward from the frame body 40 and placed on the periphery of the opening of the mother board. A light emitting diode element 34 is mounted in a recess provided in the frame body 40, and at the same time, the light emitting diode element 34 is sealed with a translucent resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
