PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lacrimal point plug with thread, which can be manufactured by heating, and can be safely and securely inserted so that the thread is not cut by the edge of tweezers when the thread is drawn out by the tweezers.;SOLUTION: This lacrimal point plug comprises a collar (23), a shaft (22), and a distal end part (21), wherein the fine thread (31) made of a metal such as brass or a plastic such as aramid fiber, excellent in heat resistance and cutting resistance is passed through the plug and a diameter (b) of the collar (23) is made smaller than a diameter (a) of the distal end part (21).
