PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum nitride powder for injection molding suitable for realizing an aluminum nitride composition with high flowability, a green molded body with excellent shape retention and degreasing properties, and an aluminum nitride sintered material with high dimensional accuracy.;SOLUTION: The aluminum nitride powder for injection molding satisfies the following conditions (1) and (2): (1) D90/D10≤3.5 and (2) D50≤1.0 μm, wherein D90 is a particle diameter when an accumulated volume% in a particle distribution of an aluminum nitride particle is 90%, D10 is a particle diameter when an accumulated volume% in a particle distribution of an aluminum nitride particle is 10% and D50 is a particle diameter when an accumulated volume% in a particle distribution of an aluminum nitride particle is 50%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
