PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize whether screen information is reasonably created or not in an information providing system configured to store registration information registered in a database to a storage means with a cache or the like set thereto, and transmit the information to a terminal device.;SOLUTION: When request information is received from the terminal device, whether an expiration date set for the registration information stored in a registration information storing means has passed is determined (S14). If the expiration date has passed, the stored registration information is acquired through a program interface (S17) to update the registration information, and screen information is created. Either if the expiration date has not passed, or of an acquisition error is detected, the screen information is created using the stored registration information (S20), and transmitted to the terminal device which is the transmitter of the request information through a network (S21).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
