PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transfer the thrust force of a jack to a pipe by eliminating vibration of the jack.;SOLUTION: A pipe receiving rail 4 is placed in the state of being movable on rail receiving members 5, 5, etc., and along the pipe receiving rail 4, a jacked pipe 2 and a pushing jack 3 for pushing the jacked pipe 2 from the rear side are placed. A reaction force accepting member 6 provided behind the pushing jack 3 and the pushing jack 3 are set in contact with each other via a spherical seat 7.
