Crankcase e.g. cuboidal crankcase, for internal-combustion engine, has crankcase ventilation system with vent oil return channel for feedback of separated oil into engine area, and oil pre-separator for oil-air separation
The crankcase (1) has a crankshaft arranged in an engine area (2). An oil tank (3A) is provided for the temporary oil storage. A crankcase ventilation system (4) is provided with a vent hole (5A) for the ventilation of the oil tank, an oil return channel (6) for feedback of the separated oil into the engine area and an oil pre-separator (7) for oil-air separation. The oil pre-separator connects the vent hole with the oil return channel.
