A helix channel (1) has a first channel section (2) comprising a centric flow channel (5) and at least one helical external flow channel (6a-6d) surrounding the centric flow channel (5), in which the outer flow channel has a radial fluid bridge (7a-7c) to the central flow channel (5). Down-stream from the first channel section (2) is arranged a second channel section (3), which at the most contains an external flow channel (6a-6c) and has a choke (11) in the centric flow-channel (5). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) (A) A fluid flow block with several adjacent helix channels. (2) (B) A method for fabricating a fluid flow pipe/tube with complex channel shape.
