The arrangement (1) has a feeding capillary (2) is inserted into a cladding capillary (10), where an end (6) of the feeding capillary extends over an end (11) of the cladding capillary, and the end (11) of the cladding capillary is clamped in a funnel-shaped section (5). The feeding capillary is made of quartz glass or Polyetheretherketone or Polytetraflourethylene. The cladding capillary is made of plastic e.g. Polyetheretherketone.
