FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared, cutting, coating in corn starch, frying in melted butter and mincer grinding of chicken meat, cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of pineapples, freezing and mincer grinding of asparagus are performed. Specified components are mixed with white dessert wine, soya sauce, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete, ginger and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: allows to produce new preserved food for space meals with higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.;41 cl
