FIELD: medicine, cardiology.;SUBSTANCE: in patients with gastric extrasystolia (GE) it is necessary to carry out electrocardiographic (ECG) trial or daily ECG monitoring. Then one should detect pre-ectopic interval of extrasystolia correlated by heart rate (PEIcor). Moreover, separately for left- and right-ventricular extrasystolia (LVE and RVE), as well. Then one should calculate RCD separately for LVE and RVE by the following formula: RCD=A/B, where RCD - the risk of crib death, A - the inclination of linear regression PEIcor (in msec/PEIcor) not less than in 20 LVE and RVE, B - the quantity of LVE and RVE applied for testing (quantity of extrasystoles/h) and at RCD values being up to 0.5 one should predict high risk - for 1 mo, ranged 0.5-1.5 - average risk - for 1 mo up to 1 yr, above 1.5 - low risk - for above 1 yr RCD after the first trial. The innovation enables to detect concrete terms of crib death at detecting LVE and RVE.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.;4 ex, 4 tbl
