A pressure vessel transporting and positioning equipment for a water tank type pressure test is provided to automate the steps of filling water in a pressure vessel and recovering a remaining gas before the pressure test, performing the pressure test, and a draining the water after the pressure test. A pressure vessel transporting and positioning equipment for a water tank type pressure test includes a panel conveyor(10) for supplying a pressure vessel, a fence type guide, a pressure vessel control gate, a first carrier type panel conveyor(40), a second carrier type panel conveyor(60), and an extraction panel conveyor(80). The fence type guide is installed on left and right of the panel conveyor for supplying the pressure vessel in the interval of a diameter width. The first carrier type panel conveyor is connected to the panel conveyor, is controlled according to a time setting, and is reciprocated between a step of filling water, a step of recovering a remaining gas, and a step of testing the pressure. The second carrier type panel conveyor is controlled according to the time setting and is reciprocated between the step of testing the pressure and a step of draining the water. The extraction panel conveyor is connected to the second carrier type panel conveyor.
