A cassette for chemical reinforcement of a thin plate glass material is provided to reduce manpower and time, and a manufacturing cost in manufacture of a reinforced glass by loading the glass materials with various sizes using only one cassette. A cassette for chemical reinforcement of a thin plate glass material includes: both side plates(10) comprising an upper supporting part(11) and a frame part(12); and plural support poles installed between the side plates, and having concave grooves. One support pole(2) is installed on the center of the upper support part in a fixed state, and two support poles(2') are connected to long holes(14) formed on both sides of the upper support part by a connection unit(13). Two lower support poles(2") are movably connected to two long holes(15) formed on the frame part by the connection unit.
