A novel Pseudomonas sp. UJ-6 strain is provided to produce antibiotics materials which are effective for MRSA(methicillin resistance Staphylococcus aureus) and replace vancomycin, a therapeutic agent of the MRSA. A marine organism of Pseudomonas sp. UJ-6 strain having effective antibacterial activity on MRSA is deposited as a deposition no. KCCM 10850P, wherein breeding conditions of the strain is at a temperature of 25 deg.C under pH of 7 and 1% of NaCl and the strain has effective antibacterial activity on the MRSA(deposition no. KCCM 40510), Staphylococcus aureus(deposition no. KCTC 1927), Streptococcus pyrogenes(deposition no. KCTC 3096), Enterococcus faecalis(deposition no. KCTC 2011), Bacillus subtilis(deposition no. KCTC 1028), and Mycobacterium smegmatis(deposition no. KCTC 1057). Further, the Pseudomonas sp. UJ-6 colony has an anti-virus activity at 4 to 121‹C.
