A screen golf system and training method using the same are provided, which enable a user to practice putting while enjoying the golf in a narrow space. A screen golf system capable of putting practice comprises: a screen(10) which is adhered to the wall and with which the golf ball hit by a user collides; a blow mat(20) which is isolated at a certain distance with screen and in which a user strikes the golf ball; a measuring sensor(30) measuring the progressive direction of ball and the flight distance; a camera(70) which takes a picture of the scene when striking the golf ball and displays it on a screen; a putting green(80) in which the position indication part with different distances from the hole-cup(40) is formed; and a putting controller(60) which analogizes and displays the progressive direction in the screen.
