A paired foothold running board and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to be able to advance when a user stands on the running board and to perform a vertical motion in a pedal method. A left foothold, a right foothold and paired wheels are rotated by a central wheel(30). The central wheel does a role of connecting the left foothold and the right foothold. A bottom rotary power plate and the paired wheels are mounted on a faired wheel holder shaft. The right foothold is assembled with the left foothold. A right foothold rotary shaft that is connected to a right foothold rotary arm(64) is mounted on the right foothold. The paired wheels are mounted on a paired wheel shaft holder and a paired wheel attachment plate.
