The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the interaction of a panesoid X receptor-ligand complex using fluorescence polarization and a method for screening binding inhibitors, and specifically, between a panesoid X receptor (FXR) and a fluorescently labeled ligand using fluorescence polarization.
