The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to a method of setting into operation of blast-furnaces after overhaul repairs of I-II categories and devices for realization the same. A method for accelerated setting into operation of blast-furnace after overhaul repairs consists in lowering motion on the surface of hearth bottom and establishment of two or more repair lower scaffolds in the final period of repair, carrying out of drying, warming-up, loading of charge materials and blowing-in of a blast furnace. Platforms, which were during the repair lower scaffolds are set aslope relatively to the vertical line toward air tuyeres, orifices are cut in the platforms, other repair platforms are transform into the vertical position, fastening them to the hanging belts, and hot air is supplied through the air tuyeres in proportion to loading, warming-up and gradual penetration through burnt parts of the platforms of heated charge materials to the final loading and ignition of charge materials loaded in the furnace. The device for accelerated setting into operation of blast-furnace after overhaul repairs contains two or more the lower repair bays, set on the surface of hearth bottom, which are set aslope relatively to the vertical line toward air tuyeres, with making in the bays of numerous orifices, the other repair bays are transform into the vertical position with fixing of them to the hanging belts. The invention provides the decrease in time and labor cost for accelerated setting into operation of blast-furnace.
