INTEGRATED PERMEABLE CHANNEL MEMBRANE, MEMBRANE BIORREACTOR MODULE, SPIRAL MEMBRANE MODULE, METHOD FOR PROVIDING AN INTEGRATED PERMEABLE CHANNEL MEMBRANE AND USE OF A MEMBRANE. The present invention relates to a membrane comprising a permeable channel consisting of a 3D spacer fabric with an upper and lower fabric surface (2,3) separated by monofilament yarn (4) at a predefined distance, said permeable channel interposed between two membrane layers (12, 13), wherein said membrane layers are bonded at a multitude of points to said upper and lower tissue surfaces to form an integral structure with a high bond strength suitable for fabrication operations. The present invention further relates to a method of providing an integrated permeable channel membrane, comprising the steps of: - Providing a 3D spacer fabric comprising an upper and lower fabric surface (2,3) separated by a yarn. monofilament (4) at a predefined distance, and - applying a membrane layer to both said upper surface and wound bottom surface of the tissue.
