PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing long-storable household food or emergency food using Nemacystus decipiens, comprising drying Nemacystus decipiens by a well-known production method and restoring the dried Nemacystus decipiens with water or the like to be increased 25-30 times as large as the dried one in volume so as to be utilized as stock food or household food in a time of disaster, and producing such food regulating stomach and intestines via the antibacterial function of the Nemacystus decipiens or fucoidan of polysaccharide and socially contributing as stock food at a time of disaster.;SOLUTION: The method comprises processing the dried Nemacystus decipiens into pulverized or crushed one, mixing the pulverized or crushed Nemacystus decipiens with various kinds of dried food materials followed by charging the mixture in a container, and hermetically sealing the container followed by sterilizing or deaerating the sealed container to produce long-storable food. Another version of the method comprises processing the dried Nemacystus decippiens into powder followed by boiling and stirring the powder to extract solution, mixing the solution with a solution comprising other food material, charging the mixture in a container, and hermetically sealing the container to produce the stock food.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
