PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reaction rate constant that does not include the influence of the mass diffusion time by using a microchannel, even when the time-series data of the reaction cannot be obtained. PSOLUTION: Two kinds of raw materials are adjusted by the concentration adjusting devices 3A and 3B to a predetermined concentration, and sent to raw material storage containers 5A and 5B by pumps 4A and 4B, and then they are sent through liquid feed pumps 6A and 6B and switching valves 7A and 7B to a plurality of microreactors 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D, in sequence which are adjusted to a predetermined temperature in a thermostatic chamber 13 and have different diffusion lengths. Reactant liquids that have been reacted in the respective microreactors are sent to product storage containers 9A, 9B, 9C and 9D and then are sent sequentially to a concentration measuring instrument 12, through the switching valve 10 and the pump 11, wherein the concentrations of the respective products are measured. The concentration data of the products is sent to an analysis device 14 and is compared with flow reaction analysis results for analyzing the reaction in the microreactors, and reaction rate constant is obtained.
