PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a social service activity point management system for providing points by converting the points by an optimum point converting method corresponding to the type of a social service activity and work difficulty in a social service activity point management system for mediating various organizations for inviting a social service activity and applicants applying for the social service activity. PSOLUTION: In the social service activity point management system, reference conversion values 14 of points, a table 15 in which point calculation standard is determined in each type of an activity and a table 16 in which point calculation standard corresponding to the work difficulty of a social service activity are stored, the social service activity is converted into points by using information indicating an activity type and work difficulty included in an acquired guidelines for applicants, the stored reference conversion values 14 and the respective tables 15 and 16, and the converted points are given to a contributor who performs the service activity.
