PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated aluminum material excellent in radiation properties, conductivity, processability, and solvent resistance, a case for an electronic instrument or the like using the material, and an electronic instrument etc.;SOLUTION: The resin-coated aluminum material includes a chemical conversion film and a thermosetting resin coat formed on the conversion film. The thermosetting resin coat includes a thermosetting resin in which 10-50 pts.mass of a melamine resin is incorporated with 100 pts.mass of a polyester resin component, graphite powder having an average particle size of 0.1-30 μm, nickel powder having an average maximum length of 0.5-100 μm, and calcium ion exchange type silica. With respect to 100 pts.wt. of the thermosetting resin, 3-50 pts.wt. of the graphite powder, 1-10 pts.mass of carbon black, 10-100 pts.wt. of the nickel powder, and 3-60 pts.wt. of the calcium ion exchange type silica are incorporated.
