PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation of the whole fiber sheet surface, by holding the whole fiber sheet surface in close contact with an earthquake resistant wall in a state of being integrated into the earthquake resistant wall, when seismically retrofitting by using a fiber sheet for an existing reinforced concrete, or steel frame reinforced concrete, or concrete block and brick structure mainly lacking in earthquake resistance.;SOLUTION: The fiber sheet 2 is stuck to the surface of a concrete structure 1, and an anchor 3 is anchored in the structure 1 from the surface side of its fiber sheet 2. A reinforcing material 4 such as mortar is stuck to the surface side of the fiber sheet 2, and a partial section on the base side of the anchor 3 is projected from a surface of the fiber sheet 2, and a state of sticking to the partial section on the base side of the anchor 3 is maintained by the reinforcing material 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
