PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a balcony and a balcony waste water partition member capable of preventing the water used on a balcony section from flowing out to an adjacent balcony section.;SOLUTION: In a reinforced concrete dwelling house in which a continuous balcony 1 is partitioned by partition plates 2 for each area of the dwelling units, a ridge 3a for preventing the waste water flowing out to a balcony section B10 in the area of the adjacent unit is formed on the floor surface 1a of the balcony near L a boundary with the adjacent unit in the direction from the dwelling house toward the drain groove 1b of the balcony. Since the water used on the balcony section B1 in the area of the dwelling unit such as the water used for plants, water used for cleaning the balcony 1, and the drain water from an air conditioner 4 tends to flow out to a balcony section B10 in the area of the adjacent unit, gardening and others can be performed at ease in the balcony section B1 in the are of the dwelling unit since the water is intercepted by the ridge 3a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
