The kit has four vertical girders (11) forming a girder (10) which supports a floor (2). The girders (11) are mounted on the upper surface of the floor, and are connected together by horizontal girders (12) forming an open barrier on the rear side of the mirador by which a ladder accesses the floor. Lower angle irons (3iA, 3iP) and upper angle irons (3s) are fixed on the corners of the floor using a fixation unit (51) and are fixed to the girders (10, 11) using another fixation unit (52). An independent claim is also included for a method for the mounting of a mirador in a kit.
