The aircraft has a camera (12) with a periscope and fixed in a floor, at the bottom of a space between frames (2, 4) to reduce length of a periscope suspension. The periscope is received in a bulb (14) placed below a window protruding from a fuselage. The camera is fixed to lateral lower spars (21) in the extension of which struts (18) are placed, where struts fix a load bearing beam (17) to a lower part of a sectioned frame (3).
