The method involves obtaining feedback about physical and/or mental condition, behavior and/or effect of a person who is to be trained, and evaluating physiological data of the person or technical data of a transport unit from a data source using an algorithm of a machine learning in a computer-based feedback system for evaluation of the feedback. The feedback in the form of enhancement is provided to the person via an on-board computer, when the desired behavior is obtained. An independent claim is also included for a device for training a person in a transport unit.
