The food product, useful as finger food, comprises a filling (14) surrounded by a dough coat (12) having 10-80% of mushroom, = 80% of cheese and/or = 20% of onion, 20-30% of meat or fish, = 10% of vegetables, = 5% of ham and/or bacon, = 5% of meat broth and/or vegetable broth, 5% of oil or fat, sweetened- fruits and/or fruit preparations, chocolate and/or chocolate preparation, and sweetened nuts and/or almonds and/or their preparations. The dough coat contains 17% of hard wheat flour, 77% of milk, 6% of oil or fat, = 20% of egg, and 20% of sugar and/or sugar substituted material. The food product, useful as finger food, comprises a filling (14) surrounded by a dough coat (12) having 10-80% of mushroom, = 80% of cheese and/or = 20% of onion, 20-30% of meat or fish, = 10% of vegetables, = 5% of ham and/or bacon, = 5% of meat broth and/or vegetable broth, 5% of oil or fat, sweetened- fruits and/or fruit preparations, chocolate and/or chocolate preparation, and sweetened nuts and/or almonds and/or their preparations. The dough coat contains 17% of hard wheat flour, 77% of milk, 6% of oil or fat, = 20% of egg, and 20% of sugar and/or sugar substituted material. The filling possesses a bit size of = 2 cm. The filling and/or the dough coat contain salt, pepper, spices, herbs and/or additives. The food product shows a shape of a heart, a star, a ball, a croquette, a boot, an animal, and a person or like, or their parts.
