A circuit to calculate a logical connection comprises two inputs for two dual-rail signals (A,AN,B,BN) comprising data values in a calculation cycle and precharge values in a pre-charging cycle. There is an output for a third dual-rail signal (Z,ZN) with product values determined by the logic circuit (104) from the coupling and a precharge circuit (102) prints values to the output if values from a single input are determined or to stop if the dual-rail signals comprise data values.
