The invention relates to the study and analysis of the strength properties of solid materials by the application of mechanical stress and can be used in construction at geotechnical investigations to determine the physico-mechanical properties of soils.; The invention allows to combine the definition of a ground creep (stress relaxation) a swelling pressure measurement (when moist soil) during the test, one sample.; The technical result is to reduce the duration of the test without increasing the error.; The apparatus consists of a base on which the reservoir for the test lot sample frame, with the mechanism fixed on it and the axial load of the dynamometer; it is further provided with a vaccum envelope to contain ground plates made of the test specimen; and a rigid insert is positioned between the water capacity of shells.
