FIELD: virology, in particular improve method for hepatitis A virus indication.;SUBSTANCE: tested substrates (namely concentrates of river water and saliva) are pretreated to abate inhibition of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) when detection HAV RNA. Said pretreatment includes centrifugation at 12000 rpm for 5-10 min, supernatant sampling, addition of sterile trice sterilized water to precipitate in starting volume of tested substrate; stirring in vortex; heating up to 60C for 3 min; repeated stirring and centrifugation followed by combining of obtained supernatant with the first one for detection of hepatitis A virus RNA by RT-PCR method.;EFFECT: method of increased effectiveness, sensitivity and reliability.;2 ex
