FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out large intestine and oropharyngeal mucous membrane micro-flora studies by applying standard microbiological methods with anaerobic and aerobic micro-organisms being isolated. Adeno- and rheovirus antigen titres are determined in smears taken from oropharynx. Adeno-, rheo- and rotavirus antigens are determined in feces material in 3 weeks or later after acute broncopulmonary disease. Adeno-, rheo- and rotavirus antigens in feces and adeno- and rheovirus antigen in smears taken from oropharynx being determined in titres≥108 in combination with intestinal dysbiosis of III degree and dysbiotic changes in oropharyngeal mucous membrane micro-flora being determined, child predisposition to respiratory diseases with high frequency, is to be predicted.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in detecting risk group children needing complex pathogenetic therapy in due time.
