The invention presents the method of running of the blasting operations in the flooded well using the charge of the emulsion blasting explosive providing for manufacture of the emulsion blasting explosive in the mixing and charging aggregate containing the emulsion and the granulated porous plastic material with the dimension of the granules of no less than 1 mm, formation of the charge of the emulsion blasting explosive in the flooded well by pumping of the produced emulsion blasting explosive into the bottom of the flooded well with the speed exceeding the speed of the emulsion blasting explosive floating-up and ensuring the filling of the well cross-section and extrusion from it of the water column and initiation of the charge of the emulsion blasting explosive from the intermediate detonator disposed inside the column of the charge.
