A device for observing specific parts of experimental animals in real time and an observing method using the same are provided to directly observe a tumor, the brain, a new blood vessel, or joints of alive animals with eyes or a microscope and to secure the semi-permanent life time by facilitating exchanging of a glass. A device(1) for observing specific parts of experimental animals in real time comprises a body(2) and an observing glass(3). The body is formed in the shape of a hollow cylinder and composed of an upper wing part(11) suturing the skin around the specific part of experimental animal; a lower wing part directly coming into contact with the peripheral skin; and an upper and lower part connecting unit positioned between the upper and lower wing parts to contain the observing glass and a snap ring(4). Plural suturing grooves(5) are formed at the upper wing part to keep the skin opened along the periphery of the upper wing part. The snap ring is settled at the upper part of the glass to detachably fix the glass placed at the bottom of the connecting unit.
