The present invention relates to a differentiation regulating composition of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). According to the present invention, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and peptidoglycan (PGN), poly I: C, and CpG motif, ligands of Toll like receptors, which induce differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) (ODN2006, ODN2216) and the differentiation pretreatment of the antioxidant compound quercetin can be seen to regulate the effects of bone, fat and vascular endothelial cell differentiation in mesenchymal stem cells.
