The present invention relates to a differentiation regulating composition of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). According to the present invention, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and peptidoglycan (PGN), poly I: C, and CpG motif, ligands of Toll like receptors, which induce differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) (ODN2006, ODN2216) and the differentiation pretreatment of the antioxidant compound quercetin can be seen to regulate the effects of bone, fat and vascular endothelial cell differentiation in mesenchymal stem cells. Therefore, based on the control of differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells by these compositions, it is possible to prepare a composition related to the differentiation promotion and to use in the development of cell regeneration technology using differentiation inducing agents.;Mesenchymal stem cells, quercetin, TLR, LPS, PGN, poly I: C, regulation of differentiation, promotion of differentiation
