Provided is an anti-static acryl panel, which uses an anti-static surfactant composition to remove static electricity from an acryl panel, is prevented from adhesion of dust or contaminants, and has electron wave-shielding properties and good adhesive properties while maintaining anti-static properties. The anti-static acryl panel comprises: 100 parts by weight of MMA(methyl methacrylate); 0.1-5 parts by weight of a plasticizer including AIBN(2,2'-azo-bis(isobutyronitrile)) or ABN(2,2'-azo-bis(2-methylbutyronitrile)); and 5-30 parts by weight of an anti-static surfactant composition. The anti-static surfactant composition comprises: 0.2-25 wt% of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether(R(C2H4O)nH); 0.5-40 wt% of alkylolamide sulfate ester salt(RCONHCH2CH2OSO3M); 1-15 wt% of alkyl propylene glycol ester; 0.5-17 wt% of beta-mercaptopropionic acid(HSCH2CH2COOH); and 0.5-40 wt% of trimethylolpropanetris. The anti-static acryl panel comprises 100 parts by weight of MMA, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a plasticizer and 5-30 parts by weight of the anti-static surfactant composition.
