Provided is a surfactant composition for preparing an anti-static acryl panel, which removes static electricity from an acryl panel, and thus allows production of an acryl panel capable of preventing the adhesion of dust or contaminants and shielding electron waves. The surfactant composition for preparing an anti-static acryl panel comprises: 0.2-25 wt% of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether(R(C2H4O)nH); 0.5-40 wt% of sulfate ester salt of alkylolamide(RCONHCH2CH2OSO3M); 1-15 wt% of alkyl propylene glycol ester; 0.5-17 wt% of beta-mercaptopropionic acid(HSCH2CH2COOH); and 0.5-40 wt% of trimethylolpropanetris. The anti-static acryl panel comprises 100 parts by weight of MMA, 0.1-5 parts by weight of a plasticizer and 5-30 parts by weight of the anti-static surfactant composition.
