A drain pipeline for water supply and drainage in civil engineering and construction works is provided not to be damaged by external impact by inserting many plate-shaped reinforcement members and wavy reinforcement members to the inside of a drainage channel pipe, to prevent the leakage of fluids in a pipeline by connecting pipelines using a flexible connection member and to disinfect the inside of a pipeline by supplying disinfectants through a pipeline. A drain pipeline for water supply and drainage in civil engineering and construction works contains: plural drainage channel pipes(100) composed of a pipe body provided with a pipeline(101), plural wavy reinforcement members inserted to the inside of the pipe body along the pipe body and arranged to cross each other, a plate-shaped reinforcement member located on both sides of the wavy reinforcement member, a rubber elastic member filled in a space between the plate-shaped reinforcement member and the wavy reinforcement member, and a stainless steel member adhered closely to the plate-shaped reinforcement member and exposed to the pipeline; a fluid injection port(300) connected to each pipeline of the drainage channel pipes and composed of a hollow-shaped elastic body formed to make one end inserted to the pipe body to connect with the pipeline of the drainage channel pipe and the other end exposed to the outside of the pipe body, a connection(330) formed on the other end and connected with a fluid supply unit(400) by a pipeline(410) to get supplied with disinfectants such as chlorine for disinfecting the inside of the pipeline, and a stainless steel layer coated on the outside of the elastic body to prevent corrosion and provided with a cap to seal up the elastic body; and a connection member(200) connecting the drainage channel pipes with each other and composed of a hollow-shaped body made with elastic materials such as urethane, plural fixing rings inserted to the inside of the body along the outer circumference of the body, plural springs connecting the fixing rings with each other elastically, and a stainless steel coating layer coated on the inside of the body.
