What a kind of passenger transporting method and united passenger's management system were associated with express and suburban bus be arranged to enable passenger be easily moved to terminal without play for time by deliberate intention/expense buys a bus ticket by manufacturing passenger at once and is based on interlocking between express and suburban bus. One contract is carried out between express businessman and suburban bus businessman for by express-express, direct contact of the suburban bus in express-suburban bus and suburbs jointly to transmit passenger. Contracted one link mode of businessman/time is corresponding with local circumstance and network-based united passenger's management system is repaired in structure/use. United passenger's management system instructs one express/suburban bus ticket to issue state, attachable city/state, and jointly issues bus ticket to the short course of the terminal of passenger, and admission fee is solved among businessman.
