An ITS using an RFID tag and an organic combination method thereof are provided to supply correct information by using chassis number information stored in the RFID tag attached to the vehicle instead of a license plate of the vehicle. An RFID tag recognizer(100) reads/recognizes the vehicle attached with the RFID tag storing the chassis number through an RFID reader and antenna(110,120). A chassis number information collector(200) sequentially interprets chassis number data received from the RFID tag recognizer as analyzable information. An information analyzing/managing part(300) analyzes transport information by processing/contracting the collected data and determines control of the vehicle. An external information processor(400) requests data from each agency and an image recognizer if additional information is required from the information analyzing/managing part. An integrated controller(500) controls an automatic gate, issues an alarm, and stores a record if the information analyzing/managing part discriminates a wanted vehicle.
