A measuring device in shock-free condition includes a pile driving frame (15), a Slope Transducer (16), a hydraulic cylinder (17), a touch sensor (14), an automatic reel (11), measurement line (12) and a linear transducer (13). Pile driving frame is accurately affixed to one outer circumference. Slope Transducer is fixed on pile driving frame. Hydraulic cylinder is additional/separation pile driving frame/from stake. Touch sensor is installed in inner surface, the appearance face contact with stake. Automatic reel is automatically rolled up. Measure the length of the entrance of line measurement stake. The length of linear transducer perception measurement line, is rolled up according to the rotation of automatic reel.
