A route guiding device (100) is formed by a moving body information acquisition unit (101), a judgment unit (102), a report unit (103), and a standard time acquisition unit (104). The moving body information acquisition unit (101) acquires information on the current position and the moving direction of a moving body. The judgment unit (102) judges whether a boundary of a local time band is passed according to the information acquired by the moving body information acquisition unit (101). The report unit (103) reports the modification of the current time to a passenger of the moving body according to the result judged by the judgment unit (102). The standard time acquisition unit (104) acquires information on the standard time.
