A process for preparation of alloyed CdTe:Mn of n- and p-type of conductivity consists in that original substances cadmium and tellurium are disposed in quartz vacuumized ampoule, placed in two-zone furnace, temperature of the first zone is of 1400K, temperature of the second zone is of 1280K, concentration of alloying admixture is modified in the range of Mýn=1017-1021cm-3.
