The digital clock has a memory aid and uses a method with registration of contents of memo after relevant words are selected in scrolled fashion by selection buttons from alphabetically arranged lists of memo core words. By pressing a button it is possible to cause to appear on the screen of the clock the firstly registered memo items at any time. A chargeable battery and switch (17) are used for switching the sound reproduction on and off. Also provided are an alarm press button (18), a signalling lamp (19) and an indicator (20) for the charging of the battery.
