The present invention relates to angiogenesis inhibiting molecules consisting of the H33 monoclonal antibody or fragments or derivatives thereof, relates to their use in the treatment of cancer, particularly in the treatment of solid tumors, and relates to therapeutic compositions and diagnostics that comprise these molecules.
